With an abundance of fireplaces pine paneling and wood beams the Inn exudes Vermont warmth and hospitality. Choose from 18 individual classic deluxe and suite rooms including some with fireplaces and Jacuzzis. Each room is tastefully appointed with antique and reproduction furnishings to create a cozy retreat designed to accommodate even the most discerning of guests. Centrally situated and easily reached from Vermonts only major highway known as Route 89 Tucker Hill is close to the picturesque towns of Warren and Waitsfield and is the ideal base for exploring the larger Vermont towns of Montpelier Burlington and Stowe as well as for families visiting Middlebury College Norwich University and the New England Culinary Institute. When the snows come the Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas are just five minutes away and in summer three notable golf courses including the renowned Robert Trent Jones golf course at Sugarbush challenge many to an enjoyable round. Local artisan galleries country stores and covered bridges are around every corner and many walking and cycling trails run through the area given its close proximity to the Appalachian Gap. Other major area attractions include - Ben and Jerrys Cabot Cheese Factory Lake Champlain the Teddy Bear Factory to name just a few. August features the Vermont Festival of the Arts with all events being centered within minutes of the Inn.
