Park Lane is a great place for a longer stay - we have a swimming pool, mini-gym & a sauna which has it's own separate showers, guest laundry, dry-cleaning service, guest internet desk and free ample off-street car parking available to all of our guests. We have a Breakfast Room which serves cooked and continental breakfast every morning, & 'Heat n Eat' meals are available as room service in the evening. The complex has a number of different type of rooms available to meet your specific needs, including Standard Studios, Twin-share Studios, Family Studios and Premium Spa Studios. Park Lane is in a superb Takapuna location. We are conveniently located off the Esmonde Road exit from the Southern Motorway. Alternative transportation is by Taxi or Shuttle Bus from Auckland International Airport, approximately a 35 minute drive. We are the closest large motel to Devonport.

3 conference rooms are available, the Oxford Room seating up to 8 people boardroom style, the Chelsea Room seating up to 20 people theatre-style, and the Mayfair Room seating up to 50 people theatre-style. Any necessary equipment requirements can be met, and full secretarial services are available, including photocopying, fax services and emailing.
