| Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to the Delaware Memorial Bridge, follow 95 South to Baltimore. Exit onto Baltimore-Washington Parkway toward to Washington, D.C and proceed to New York Avenue exit. Take New York Avenue West to 7th Street and turn left at the last traffic light onto Water Street. Take 95/395 North to Washington D.C. -95 will change to 365 as you near DC at the Beltway Junction. Follow 395 North and take the Main Avenue Exit. As you exit on Maine Avenue. To the first traffic light and turn left onto Maine Avenue. Follow Maine Avenue and turn right at the next light onto Water Street. Take Route 70 East -which becomes Rt. 270 East-, to Washington, D.C. Follow signs to 495 towards Northern Virginia. From 495, take the exit for George Washington Parkway. Follow the Parkway for about 8-9 miles and take the exit for 395 North. Follow 395 and take the exit for Main Avenue. As you exit on Maine Avenue. Go to the first traffic light and turn onto Maine Avenue. Follow Maine Avenue and turn right at the next light onto Water Street. On Washingtons Waterfront, just 2 miles from the -DCA- National Airport. 1 2/3 blocks from Metros green Line Waterfront Station and 2.5 blocks from La Fant Plaza.
