The ResortQuest at Poipu Kai is a condominium resort complex on 70 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in the sunny Poipu area of Kauai. Brennecke's and Shipwreck Beach are just a short stroll away along garden paths through the resort. Guarantee Policy
All reservations require a credit card deposit at time of booking. Deposit equals 1 or 2 nights accommodation plus tax depending on time of year. Low Season - 1 night plus tax. High Season and Holiday Period - 2 nights plus tax.
Cancellation Policy
Year-round policy: Must cancel 3 days prior to arrival. Year-end policy: Must cancel 30 days prior to arrival. These guidelines must be followed in order to receive full refund of deposit. Guests should allow 3 to 4 weeks for receipt of deposit refunds.
