The second story windows of the rooms located in the upper level of The Inn provide a magnificent view of the gardens and surrounding grounds.
• Junior Suite: Junior Suite with King or Queen Bed Uniquely appointed with lavish bathroom The junior suites are located in the South Wing of the Inn at Melhana and in the Village Area*s Ireland Building. Choose from either a spacious suite featuring a king size bed and Jacuzzi bath, or a two-bedroom suite with queen size beds, which shares a connecting bath. Both have custom appointments, designer fabrics, an ornamental fireplace, 12ft ceilings, plush bathrobes, spacious closets, large television, comfortable armchair, writing desk, and a telephone with data port. One may gaze out at the ivy-laced Poolhouse from the windows of these suites located in the Inn.
• Presidential Suite: Luxurious 2 bedroom suite with jacuzzi State of the art entertainment equiptment The impressive lower level master suite was once part of the stable additions, and now boasts two luxurious guestrooms with large windows, king size four poster plantation beds, designers equestrian fabrics, custom draperies, lush duvets filled with 65oz goosedown comforters, and plush imported rugs. This suite shares a lavish common hospitality suite that features an antique conference table accompanied by ten leather antique chairs, wet bar, full size refrigerator, microwave, three large screen televisions, CD player, full theater surround sound, DVD player, and VCR. The beautiful French doors of the hospitality suite lead to a spacious private patio that faces the historic stable area.
• One Bedroom Suite: Spacious suite with four poster king bed Lavish bathroom with jacuzzi bath The suites are located in The Inn at Melhana, The Village Area, or in one of our beautiful Cottages. These fantastic lower level spacious suites feature king size four poster beds with custom bedding and imported designers fabrics, lace linens, and stately decorations providing a regal atmosphere. The rooms furnishings and fabrics lend a sense of strength and calm to their grand size and augment the elegance of these suites while the high ceilings, comfortable armchairs, entertainment centers with large televisions, enormous Jacuzzi baths with showers, writing desks, and telephones with data ports provide the guest with the embodiment of luxury. Each room boasts a different view of the historic property of Melhana.
• Superior Room: Beautifully furnished with King or Queen Bed Richly decorated with lavish bathroom Choose from three distinct areas on the plantation for a richly decorated superior room. The room in the Squirrels Cottage is furnished with a king size bed. A stay in the Ireland Building will provide a view of the historic village area as one stays in a beautiful brick building embellished with inlaid marble accents and lovely original arched doorways through which the carriages once passed. This room is furnished with a four poster king size bed and a large Jacuzzi bath. A final choice in the Superior category is our rooms located in the North Wing of the Inn at Melhana. Each of these rooms feature a queen size antique four poster bed, ornamental fireplace, and 12ft ceiling. Each has direct access to the Hogan sitting room, which offers a lovely view of the Sunken Gardens, the Formal Gardens, and the Marble Fish Pool.
