Description
Bora Bora Lagoon Resort is an exclusive island resort located on Motu Toopua, an islet in the lagoon easily accessible by a five-minute boat ride directly across from the main village of Vaitape. It is the only location in Bora Bora commanding such breathtaking views of mysterious Mt. Otemanu.
The resort features eighty bungalows, fifty of which are located in the overwater category and thirty are beachside in the midst of tropical gardens. The bungalows all feature two telephones, television, in-house videos, refrigerator/minibar, hair dryer, tea/coffee maker and numerous in-room toiletry amenities. Highlights of the resort are two restaurants, Otemanu signature restaurant, the poolside Rotopa Bar, Hiro Lounge for live music, Pub Heiva for dancing, boutiuqe, and the largest fresh-water pool in French Polynesia. Hotel Renovations 01 Dec 2003 - 29 Feb 2004 - Hotel Closed for Renovations Renovations include: * Creation of a new Beachfront Spa - including a large reception area, 3 private treatment rooms (on top of two giant banyan trees) overlooking the lagoon. * A new conference center to accommodate 100 guests theatre style.
The hotel's swimming pool will be doubled in size creating an infinity edge, waterfalls - with stunning views of Mt. Otemanu. * All existing bathrooms will be refurbished with new marble, magnificent stone and authentic antique Faucets. * Creation of a new 2-bedroom villa with a large living room, expanded balconies and a private pool. * 3 Existing beach bungalows will be re-designed and include their own outdoor private swimming pool.

- Two Bedroom Villa: A2V - TWO BEDROOM VILLA Our Two-Bedroom Villa is steps away from the beach. The double-doored entrance opens to a stone-tiled living room from where you can view Mt. Otemanu through the sliding glass doors. Off to each side of the living area are the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms. Both bathrooms are tiled in natural stone colors with a shower, separate bathtub and private slate-stone outdoor shower. This suite offers a private infinity-edged pool surrounded by a wooden deck and garden. This is ideal for a family with small children, as they can be accommodated under one roof, yet the parents can still have some privacy

Meeting Rooms With a choice of three private meeting areas and a unique beach 'chapiteau', the Bora Bora Lagoon Resort can host events ranging from small meetings for 18, to cocktail parties for 280. Located by the swimming pool and gardens, the Café Fare is an informal indoor/outdoor area that can accommodate up to 95 guests. The Fare transit is suitable for smaller numbers, ranging from 18 configured in U-shape, to 35 for a cocktail party. The Pavillion has spectacular views of the lagoon and Mount Otemanu and will accommodate from 24 to 50 guests. There are television and video facilities and The Pavillion has direct access to the main dining room. For numbers ranging from 80 to 280, the Bora Bora Lagoon Resort offers the use of the 'chapiteau', a large tent which can be set up on the beach by the hotel. With sides open or closed, it provides a truly unique setting for a memorable occasion.
