Units are tastefully decorated with a beachfront setting, and provide many of the comforts of your own home. Every condo is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops, full sized appliances, toasters, blenders and coffee maker. Alongside the kitchen area is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Accessible from both the living room and master bedroom is a spacious, breeze filled balcony offering you the opportunity to view the spectacular sunsets privately, or with your friends and family. A lap-sized pool and hot tub located on the ground floor helps you lounge your days and nights away without leaving the property. Surf Beach Resort is centrally located amidst the shopping, dining and extracurricular activities that the Tampa Bay area has to offer including, major sporting events, outlet malls and the always popular Tampa Bay Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, and Orlando themed parks. Parking is assigned, one space per reservation. Lobby office is closed at 5:30pm, if arriving after hours you must call 1-727-360-1611 at least 24-48 hours in advance for late check-in procedures. Please note there is a USD 10.00 per night administration fee collected at check-in. Please note that the front desk is open peak season- Monday-Sunday 9am-530pm and off season- Sunday 10am-2pm or 11am-3pm. For those interested in housekeeping, there is a USD 45.00 plus tax fee. Please call 24 hours in advance for this service. There is an administration fee of USD 10.00 per night, up to five nights. Check-in time is between 3pm and 5pm Monday-Sat and 2pm-4pm on Sundays. Check-out is at 10am. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please note there is a USD 10.00 per night administration fee collected at check-in.
