Irish Corned Beef Brisket and Cabbage Recipe
To prepare: combine water, vinegar, sugar, pepper and onion in a crockpot. Stir. Add potatoes and meat. Cover and cook 4 hours. Remove lid and add cabbage. cover and cook 3-4 hours more. Serve.

To Prepare: Mix all ingredients until well blended. Place in bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Best when served hot from the oven. Serves 12.

Add potatoes and carrots, cover and simmer until vegetables are tender. Add cabbage. Cook an additional 3 minutes. Cabbage will turn a bright green when done.
