This is a very simple recipe made with canned cream of chicken soup. Its very easy and quick to prepare but it takes about an hour to bake. Chicken pot pie is my favorite chicken dish. My kids love this Chicken pot pie recipe. You can freeze the leftovers for a meal later when you don't feel like cooking. You can use canned vegetables if you like, but I like the frozen veggies better. They just taste fresher. You can use leftover chicken too. I've even made it from leftover chicken I bought from a take out restaurant. You can make it a day a head, and put it in the refrigerator or freezer for later on in the week or month.

Warning: Always Make sure Chicken is done before you eat it. Juices will run clear, meat will be white to the bone. No pink or red. Raw chicken or chicken not cooked properly can be deadly.

Chicken Pot Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup (do not dilute)
  • 2 frozen pie shells
  • small bag of frozen mixed vegetable
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 pound of boneless chicken (more if you like more meat in the Chicken Pot Pie)

To Prepare Recipe: Fry, saute or bake Chicken until done. You can use leftover chicken too. Cook Mixed vegetables according to package directions until done. Mix together cooked chicken, vegetables and soup. Salt and Pepper to taste. Fill 1 pie shell with chicken mixture. Take the other pie shell out of the foil pan and put it on top of the filled pie shell. If you let it sit out of the freezer while preparing the other Recipe Ingredients, the pie shell will be pliable. Bake until pie shells are brown.

Cheesy Chicken Bake Recipe

ingredients

  • 1 small Chicken cooked and boned
  • 10 oz. cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can croissant rolls

Roll out croissants. place a small amount of chicken in each croissant and roll up. Place croissants with chicken inside in 13x9 casserole dish. cover with cream of chicken soup and grated cheese. bake at 350 degrees until croissant are golden and soup and cheese are bubbly.

Cheesy Italian Chicken Recipe

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 egg beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

To prepare:

Heat oil on low heat. Crush garlic and cut onions saute both in skillet. Remove from pan and set aside. Dip seasoned chicken breast into egg. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. coat chicken breast with crumbs. Brown in oil. Drain. Add cream of chicken soup plus 1/4 cup water to garlic onions. Pour half this mixture into a non stick casserole. Place chicken in pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Add remainder of sauce mixture. Bake for 40 minutes.

Chicken and Cheese Recipe

ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp. of mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup cooking sherry
  • 1 block of cheddar cheese shredded

To prepare:

Mix soups with 1 tbsp. of mayonnaise and sherry. Pour over chicken. Put grated cheese on top of chicken. Bake for 2 hours at 300 degrees. Serve over rice.
