Broccoli and cheese Casserole is my favorite. This recipe is easy to make. I like to use frozen broccoli instead of fresh. Its just easier.
Broccoli Cheese Casserole Recipe

1/2 cup margarine - 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix (8 oz. Size
Add mixed Recipe Ingredients to drained broccoli. Put in greased 2 qt. Casserole.
Put grated cheese on top. Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix. Add to top of cheese.
Bake at 350 deg. F. for 45 min.
Cook and drain broccoli until tender. Mix together soup and cheese. Warm on low until cheese is melted. pour in buttered casserole dish with broccoli. Mix 1/4 package crackers and 1/2 stick melted margarine. put on top of other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
Cook frozen broccoli and onion until done. Prepare rice according to package instructions. Remove broccoli from heat and let stand. Melt Velveeta cheese in microwave for about 2 minutes on medium high. Stir occasionally. Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
