The hotel is encompassed by a list of living and commercial facilities, including Beijing International Conference Center, Beichen Shopping Center, Beijing Theatre, Olympic Sports Center, and the Automobile Trade Market. The Beijing Continental Grand Hotel is adjacent to the Olympic Village under construction. To date, it is the only 4-star hotel nearest to the Olympic Village.
