Cerebral Palsy in Children: Risk Factors, Pictures, Information
Naudikah's blog - day to day journal of a child with cerebral palsy.
Babies born prematurely have a bigger risk of developing Cerebral Palsy than full term infants.
I was born two months early. There was a team of six people waiting around for my delivery. As soon as I was born, these people started poking and jabbing at me. What's worse is these people hook me up to all kinds of tubes. All I wanted to do was sleep. I'd had a pretty rough trip. The nurses say I was a miracle baby because my amniotic sac ruptured about 4 days before I arrived. I weighed in at three pounds.
