Harris gathers his quartet and kicks out the jams on this blistering live set from 1999. Soul Jazz doesn't get any better than this, especially with such sizzling guests as saxophonist Ernie Watts, the late Hammond B-3 master Jack Mcduff, and Harris own daughter Niki on vocals.
ATL duo Kaine and D-Roc bring the booty-inspired party anthems over devilishly catchy production. Speedy beats, freaky keyboards and ample whistling keep the clubs crunk while they sound off on sex-hungry ladies with tight assets and loose morals. "Whistle While You Twurk" hit No. 1 in the spring of 2000, and their debut album Thug Nation was released a few months later. Alley...Return of the Ying Yang Twins dropped in 2002, followed by their third LP Me and My Brother (which spawned the mega-hit "Salt Shaker") in late 2003.
