UNCA goes to the big dance
The UNC-Asheville women’s basketball team earned their first ever trip to the NCAA tournament. They recieved the bid by winning the Big South Tournament. They went to Austin, Texas region and faced LSU. However, UNCA was too overmatch by LSU and lost.
