  • The Peking Suite: A Chinese influenced, 2 storey terrace dating back to 1823. This suite has 2 bedroom areas and a separate living room. Suite features include a separate kitchenette, Kohler Overflowing SOK Spa and original artworks as well as one of the oldest spiral staircases in Tasmania.
  • The Calcutta Suite: Sir Henry Jones original boardroom featuring the Grandeur of the British Raj. This room features all original artworks, separate kitchenette and a Kohler Overflowing SOK spa. Dating back to the the1890's this room is furnished in exotic Tasmanian timbers and has a huge open plan bedroom and living area with commanding waterfront views of Sullivan's Cove and Mt Wellington.
  • The Art Installation Suite: Overlooking the Atrium Courtyard you can see glimpses of the old Jam factory that existed on this site 30 years ago. Features include a double shower incased within beautiful sandstone walls dating back to 1835, a separate kitchenette, large balcony and your own private Art gallery featuring works from local Tasmanian Artists.
  • The Oriental Suites: A contemporary Japanese flavour in the original IXL Jam's Icehouse. Rooms feature spacious living area with Kohler overflowing SOK spa's and commanding views of Sullivan's Cove or Mt Wellington.
