Description
The Hyatt Dulles is a striking high-rise hotel, located immediately adjacent to Washington Dulles International Airport and only 30 minutes from downtown Washington, D.C. A 2.5 million guest room renovation was completed in March of 1997 and offers travelers the finest accommodations available in the Dulles area. All guest rooms are suite-sized and feature remote control television with cable pay movies, two telephones with dataports, hairdryers, coffee makers, iron & ironing board, sitting area and full sized desk. The beautiful, skylit atrium features Snapper's Seafood Grille, which serves a variety of seafood and Northern Italian specialties and the Lobby Bar which offers a library and billiard tables. The fitness center is fully equipped with an indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool and full workout room. A complimentary shuttle is provided to and from Dulles Airport. Hyatt Dulles is close to many major corporate offices, government facilities and premiere shopping areas.

The living room area features seating for eight around a large coffee table and remote control color television. The bedroom has a private bath with jacuzzi. Standard suite amenities are included.

Overview
Newly remodeled 7,500 sq ft of meeting space featuring our 4140 sq ft ballroom. The meeting space can be broken out into 10 separate meeting rooms. The ballrooms maximum seating capacity is 450 people for a banquet reception. Three of the meeting rooms have windows. There is also an 2,400 sq ft open area that can also be used for meeting space. Every meeting room has access to our T-1 line for high speed internet access.
* Concorde Ballroom: 4140 sq. ft. ballroom which can be divided into four different sections. Banquet seating for 350 guests or theater seating for 400 guests is provided in this newly renovated ballroom. * The Aviator Suites: Floor to ceiling windows enhance the light and openness of these three rooms. The rooms can be joined to create total meeting space of 1980 sq. ft. or divided into three sections. * Board Rooms: Three boardrooms with permanent tables provide extraordinary comfort in an executive setting. * Foyer Area: 2420 sq. ft. of open space for receptions, registrations, or other prefunction events. * All rooms have independent light control. * Located directly next to public phone bank and exit for convenience. * No sleeping rooms are located next to the meeting space which provides a low traffic environment.
