Description
The Queensberry Hotel and Olive Tree Restaurant has for the last fifteen years been associated with the very best in British Hospitality. Privately owned by Laurence and Helen Beere, the hotel consists of four Georgian Town Houses in the centre of the world renowned heritage city of Bath. The hotel has twenty nine individually designed bedrooms each with their own character and all reflecting the magnificent proportions of Georgian architecture. The public rooms of the hotel offer comfort and space in which to enjoy afternoon tea or relax with an aperitif before dinner. The hotel also benefits from its own private gardens to the rear of the property where guests can enjoy drinks or find a quiet spot to relax after a day of exploring many of Bath's small independent retail shops. The Olive Tree Restaurant, awarded two rosettes for its food as well as being voted "Best Restaurant in Bath" by The Times, offers modern British dishes with a Mediterranean influence; prepared with the finest fresh local ingredients. The light contemporary design and friendly service creates a relaxed and informal atmosphere in which to enjoy the cuisine of Head Chef Jason Horn.

- Deluxe Double Room: Large double bedroom individually designed with a contemporary feel within the splendour of the classical Georgian Architecture of these gracious town houses. The rooms with their high ceilings and original plasterwork reflect the living of a previous age. All our deluxe rooms offer either King size or Twin beds, with a comfortable seating area, well appointed bathrooms and luxury amenities. Sleeps 2.
- Junior Suite: Magnificent rooms, originally the drawing rooms on the first floor of these wonderful Georgian Townhouses. Each room offers comfort on a grand scale. With high ceilings, original ornate plasterwork, open fireplaces and separate seating areas. These rooms are extremely well appointed offering comfort and space. Sleeps 3.
- Four Poster Bedroom: This ground floor drawing room offers the grandest of style in which to enjoy this magnificent Georgian Town House. With an original oak four poster bed in the centre of this large room and a grand bathroom with freestanding duca bath and walk in shower this room is the most romantic of experiences. Sleeps 2.

Directions
Exit Bristol International Airport heading east on the A38 towards the A4174. After six miles at roundabout take 2nd exit onto A4174 heading towards Bath. Forward for 2.5miles. At junction with A4 turn right onto A4. At Hicks Gate Roundabout take 2nd exit. At Broadmead roundabout take 1st main exit. Through Saltford to the Globe Inn Roundabout. Onto A4 dual carriageway heading to Bath. Before traffic lights, exit left onto Lower Bristol Road. Follow for two miles onto Queen Square in the centre of Bath. Turn Left onto Gay Street and head to top or street onto the Circus. Take 2nd exit onto Bennet Street, take 2nd Left into Russel Street. Exit Heathrow Airport onto M4 heading West. At Junction 18 exit onto the A46 signposted to Bath. Follow road for 2.5 miles. At the Tollgate TeaShop turn right. Follow narrow road for 1.5miles to T Junction. Turn right onto A420 then immediately left towards Hamswell. Follow road for 1.5 miles to T Junction. Turn left up hill and follow road for 4 miles past Lansdown Racecourse and Blathwayt Arms. Head down hill to T Junction. Turn right down hill. Continue downhill for approximately 3/4 mile. Look for the Bee Hive Public House on the corner of Julian Road.
