Overlooking the city gardens Der Europäische Hof - Hotel Europa is situated at the heart of the romantic university town of Heidelberg within walking distance to the Old Town, the University, the world-famous Castle and the Kongresshaus Stadthalle Heidelberg conference center. This privately owned and managed hotel with its 140-year tradition is the only member of The Leading Hotels of the World in the Rhine-Neckar area and offers our international guests a home away from home in the style of the great European grand hotels. The hotel has 117 individually appointed rooms most of them overlooking the quiet, secluded hotel grounds. Restaurants: * Gourmet Restaurant: Die Kurfürstenstube * Summer Restaurant (July and August only) * Bistro: Europ-Treff * Bar: Europa-Bar The conference areas are equipped with state of the art technical facilities needed to cater to all the conceivable demands of the most ambitious of international congress organizers, including an in-house W-LAN system. 10 banqueting halls and conference rooms of different sizes are available for up to 250 people. Tranquility and relaxation is expecting our guests in the exclusive Panorama SPA Club with wellness-, fitness- and swimming pool area on the 4th and 5th floor with sun terrace and refreshment bar. An arcade of exclusive boutiques and an underground garage are further amenities we have to offer.

If you come by car, first follow the SÜDROUTE B signs (on a GREEN BACKGROUND) and then look out for the (white) signs to the Hotel itself. The superb central location of the Hotel, just across from the city gardens, means that our guests can comfortably reach all the famous sights of Heidelberg on foot, and the same applies to the Stadthalle Congress Center. We have 200 parking spaces reserved for hotel guests in our underground garage and the exclusive shops and boutiques in the shopping arcade on the Hotel premises are among the finest to be found for miles. Frankfurt Airport is 50 miles away.
