Questia - I purchased the service Questia, a online library service, to help write my essays and research papers at UNCA, I found the service very useful in that I did not have to spend a lot of time at the college library. Most of the books I needed were at Questia. I was able to do quick searches using phrases that pertained to my area of research and Questia was able to match many books including pages in the books where the information was found. All I had to do was, request the book, and the pages where the info was found were hyperlinked, saving many hours of searching in the index and page turning and scanning which lessened the frustration involved in research. What I like the most was the note taking featured, I could highlight important information in the books and mark the page, save it in the notes feature and print it. Made things much easier when compiling all the information for writing the essays and research papers. In addition, Questia kept record of the books, Journals, pages, authors, etc. and created the bibliography that cited the pages I used and put it in proper format which saved a lot of time and headache. My grades in all of my papers were high B's.
